  4. Responsibilities: The Human Resources department, in conjunction with departmental managers, is responsible for enforcing this policy and ensuring compliance across all levels of the organization.
  5. Procedures:
    • Employees are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
    • Safety protocols must be followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
    • Respectful and professional behavior is required in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners.

  6. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, depending on the severity of the offense.

  8. Approval: This policy has been reviewed and approved by the management team of Rissiepit.
