Rissiepit Return Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility:
  • Rissiepit accepts returns for eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date, as stipulated by the South African Consumer Protection Act.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods
  1. Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the return being processed, as required by the South African Consumer Protection Act.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
